Over 15 years ago, I decided to try my hand at Business Analysis; at being a Business Analyst.
“How hard could it be?” I thought.
Well, it ended up being a little more complicated than anticipated…
But, once I finally got it figured out (well sort of...it keeps changing 😬 ), it turned into way more than I’d ever expected.
And now with the AI, everything changes, now Business Analysts need to change and adapt, to use AI to enhance the results for our clients, to improve and get better at what we do best - identify and delivering Change.
So, I help Business Analysts to:
1. be better BA's - and grow their career.
2. better use AI - as BA tools, and
3. be AI BA's - support BA's to help org's to use AI.
